Our Founder
About Founder
Nayana P Joseph, is a 25-year-old young entrepreneur who is passionate about Child Development. After earning her degree in BASLP, MSC Counselling, and Psychotherapy and working in a Jewel Autism Centre in Kottayam for several years, Nayana saw an opportunity to start her own child development centre in Chennai.
In 2020, Nayana founded Jingles speech therapy as an online therapy program and transformed it into a child development center with 4 departments and with 2000Sq centre in Avadi- Chennai, a high-quality therapy centre for children with autism. Located in a developing urban area, the centre quickly gained a reputation for its excellent therapy methods and caring staff. Currently, there are 12 female therapists and 4 support staff in the center.
Nayana’s philosophy is that every child with autism deserves a strong foundation in early childhood and training them to be a part of society, and that children learn best through play and exploration. Her curriculum is based on the latest research in child development and emphasizes hands-on learning, social- emotional development, and a love of learning.
Despite the challenges of starting her own business, Nayana persevered, driven by her passion for child development with autism and her desire to make a difference in the lives of children and families in her community.
“I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential, and that starts with a strong foundation in early childhood,” Nayana says. “I want to create a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.”
Nayana’s commitment to quality therapy has earned her a path to give a bright and prospective future for autistic children and pave the way to be successful in this modest society and also in every walk of their life. She is a role model for other young women who want to make a difference in the world through entrepreneurship.
In her free time, Nayana enjoys doing parental counselling and exploring the outdoors with her family. She is also a mentor to other aspiring entrepreneurs, sharing her experiences and advice to help them succeed in their own businesses
